With Reiki 2 you will be more deeply attuned to the energy of Reiki, effecting a deeper healing in your own life and furthering your abilities for working with Reiki.

- How to do distant Reiki, for yourself and others.
- In both Reiki 1 & 2 you will learn how to give others a treatment and about setting up a treatment room.
- You will leave with a manual, and further learning. After a short review of the crucial elements of the course you will receive your certificate on the same day.

- Alight’s Reiki 1 & 2 are @ 2 hrs longer than other courses =
more time to learn and practice. - Practice meditation rather than simply talking about it. (Reiki was “discovered” by a buddhist monk, and originally practiced by those who had a deep meditation practice. We cannot be “better at Reiki” because Reiki moves through us, but we can be better channels for all forms of good.
- Gentle Yoga warm-up and refresh during the day to keep our energy high.(optional, simply practice the breathing if you prefer, or from a chair) Yoga is a practice that brightens the energy & spirit. Again, it helps us heal ourselves and be a better channel for others.
- Further learning & practice with Alight Reiki Share Group treatments which you can attend once you have completed Reiki 1. (Reiki courses are almost like “crash courses” we learn so much, and we leave with so much to practice. The gift of the attunements are the most important element of each course, which opens are ability to use Reiki and tunes us into that energy. Further learning via group shares are fantastic for increasing confidence and sharing your experience and learning with others in a friendly environment. The group shares are great for learning to “trust” the process.
